Controller / Accountant (f/m/d)

Loft Dynamics is a young, successful and rapidly growing tech company in Dübendorf (Zurich, Switzerland), which develops, produces and promotes next-generation training simulators and services for helicopters and potentially other ground-breaking applications.

In order to strengthen our corporate (Finance, HR, Legal, Admin) team we are looking for a motivated controller/accountant personality to start immediately or by agreement.

• Development, improvement and maintenance of controlling instruments and systems (especially in the service area)
• Preparation and evaluation of the budget and liquidity planning
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the external accountant
• Definition and preparation of meaningful key figures/systems in cooperation with the various experts
• Ongoing analysis of business results and key figures
• Optimization of all business, controlling and accounting processes
• Responsible for accounts receivable and its automatization
• Support of the CFO

• Higher education in business administration (FH / Uni) and / or specialized further education with focus on finance / controlling (e.g. Accountant / Controller with Federal Diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in an SAAS and/or Start-up environment
• Responsible and economical way of thinking and acting
• Resilient and motivated personality with a high level of self-responsibility, as well as very good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Native German, and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Motivation to learn new things
• Team player

• Passion for Aviation
• Experience in US-GAAP / Cost of sales method
• Experience with Odoo (ERP)999
